I think i fit a few pieces together after hearing some of the members' comments. From what I understood of this music video, it's about Moonbin trying to save Sanha from his own mind, or his 'Bad Ideas'. He drugs Sanha, and then himself so that they're both in Sanha's mind. There, Bin tries to take all of Sanha's burdens for himself, hence him turning back time to get shot instead of Sanha. That's why there's the scene of them fighting, Sanha wins, but Bin has a pained smile on his face... he's happy that he freed Sanha from his dark thoughts. I'm not too sure about the ending, but I think that it didn't end up working, because seeing Bin in pain because of him made Sanha's 'Bad Idea's worse. That's why it kind of restarts, Bin probably tries again. Then again, I could be completely wrong.
