I have my Venus in someone’s 8th and no surprises there.. we have an extremely deep bond and I’m non judgemental of their dark side it’s like I understand it ... it’s so crazy!! Question: regarding the Venus in 8th house overlay, (and any other overlay) I would actually assume it's the house person not the Venus/planet person that is getting the resources, money, etc. Could you clarify? I have this aspect with my best friend, (her Venus/my 8th house) and I always was more on the receiving ends of all kinds of Venus-related benefits than her, and with another friend (my Venus/his 8th house) where it has always been the exact opposite.

Does it also apply with square? My chart with my husband says X MC(him) Square Venus(me) and so as with his Neptune. I’m still trying to learn Astrology just because it interests me. My moon is in between said 29.9 degree Aries to 0.01 Taurus(8th house). That one too I don’t understand. Some chart would say Aries and some would say Taurus.
