There is actually a good strategy for that mod: 1-hit ko moves. The balancing factor for them normally is that they usually miss, but with everything having the same accuracy, they're the most effective, as every hit that lands is a kill. No guard with strong moves is also a good strategy. Hone claws combined with no strategy or 1-hit KO strategy is also really good, as everything hits more often (unless it's coded to specifically always be 1%, instead of a base of 1%)
