Thanks Maria. Trauma is trauma as you said but to many especially rotted brains from social media people remain very mired in jealous and bitter feelings about their own lives. We are all humans. A rich person losing their child should receive the same as a poor person. Having true compassion isn't picking and choosing and quantifying other people's trauma... that is judging with a horrid bias.

A few months ago I moved out of Los Angeles after 20 years there. It’s been shocking to witness the destruction from afar and I keep flashing back to my time in the Palisades. My Jupiter is 27 degrees Cancer in 10th. I am mourning the loss of such a special community, yet very grateful to be building a new life in Marin. 🙏🏼

This type of justification on who to feel sorry for based on social media moral comparisons is the downfall of society. We are all in this together. I'm not saying selfish rich people don't exist but PLENTY who give so much they earn with hard work away. Look at MacKenzie Scott. Feeling equal compassion is the least strangers can do instead of being gross. If someone comes bleeding to you are we going to have people ask for their income before deciding to help?! JFC!

That said, it can be incredibly challenging to extend compassion to those who have consistently shown little to none themselves-like James Woods, who has treated women and minorities poorly for decades. He’s profited from pain. A bitter pill to swallow, and a karmic lesson for Mr. Woods (and the collective) to extend kindness and compassion to all humans. You never know when you’ll need it.

It absolutely IS a time to get political - and reckon with our trauma as we find it in our hearts to find compassion and forgiveness for those who have caused us pain as they deal with this unimaginable tragedy.

My sister is cancer sun with hers Mars in cancer too at 23 degrees. She had a major stroke on January 8th while on the phone with me. She’s still in the hospital with blood in her brain.

From another point of view, we chose the lessons these transits bring. Among other transits, I'm in the middle of Neptune squaring my Mars placement at 29° Gemini. Instead of worrying that Neptune is dissolving my energy, it might.. I'm learning to use the higher vibration of Neptune, to surrender to the changes, trust the changes, and get more spiritual. @@MariaDeSimone I disagree. Losing a 5th home that you weren't in at the time will have very little affect on a person and I would not describe that as trauma. I think the real question we should be asking is should we be allowing people to own multiple homes and mega mansions and live a lifestyle of such excessive consumption in the first place from an environmental perspective.

I am shocked about this fire, I feel badly for these people who are losing their homes. I dont know how it would feel to have that happen. But then i read comments about people in the states of Ohio and So. Carolina & Vermont who have had their own areas decimated, some are living in tents in the middle of winter! No financial help was given. So how do we justify this? Famous people have been known to do telethons or fund raisers for big projects. Nothing was done for other parts of the country, they can luckily raise the big money for rebuild projects, most others cant do that.

This is a false equivalency. Just like the notion famous or rich means you have no problems. Do you know how much revenue, taxes, income generate for the US economy/state by CA? Many of us prayed and donated for all those areas you listed. Including plenty of celebs. Any US or non US attack famous and rich people are first to give to charity or join telethons to raise money. Not just when they are personally affected by. The fact you need to play class warfare during the worst tragedy in one of the biggest counties says more about you than any rich or famous person you are biased about.

It’s not the same trauma - when someone who loses their home that can rebuild or find another is not the SAME TRAUMA as someone who won’t be able to rebuild or buy a whole new wardrobe for years possibly ever. It is not the SAME. It is still TRAUMA. Of course but it is NOT the same level of stress. Doesn’t mean to not be compassionate- it’s still awful BUT it is not the same level of continuing STRESS.

It's a ripple effect not to mention all the little people they have whether nannies or housekeepers, gardeners. @@rhscop I was explicitly clear that nobody is spared this traumatic event nobody. And of course what you say is absolutely true about the dependents (I don’t think they need to be called “little people”). But it is very clear having friends dealing with this who have been able to leave for example because they are wealthy leave the toxic fumes behind. And those that don’t have a choice. People experience different traumas in different ways depending on their circumstances. Not to mention the horror of the wildlife.

I like your philosophy on sharing your knowledge. With power, comes responsibility. With knowledge, comes responsibility. Many use astrology as almost a weapon now or to stereotype people and spread lies. Social media astro content desperately needs ethics. We NEED more real astrologers like you against the wave of pop astro who say whatever BS will get them views, likes and engagements. This gets repeated and painted as truth. Very damaging.
