Who need's a sorter when you can make a perfectly good hole near your base to drop all your sh** in? :D
@HardModeHardware3 жыл бұрын
Haha yeah that works too! In fact, if you look at some of my earlier Astroneer videos, you'll see I tended to just leave things lying around 😁

These have been great guides to follow. I also like that you display the resources needed, and the bytes!! 👍

Thanks for watching. I'm glad they've been helpful. I added the info because I realised it's easier all in one place rather than you having to go off to the wiki to find the specifics 🙂

Hey, just wanted to say Thus is some amazing content. I understand that everyone needs a break, but I was wondering if you had a time frame to return? This content was very thorough and easy to follow and it astounds me that you don't have more subscribers. Seldom are there people who put the amount of work into videos as you clearly do, hope life gets less chaotic for you.

Hi Layton. Thank you so much for your kind words. It's these sort of responses to my videos that make me want to get back to making them! To answer your question, the next video is planned and I should be recording this week to upload for Tuesday. All being well, I want to get back to weekly videos and take it from there. If there's anything you would like to see covered, feel free to let me know! 🙂

Right? I watched others on this game and I was still confused till I came across his video and I had an “aha” moment. Lol. People assume the beginners know everything already. I don’t on some games

Ah yes the mid to late game auto sorter. The fun (imo) really begins once you unlock everything. Got an automated sorter and resource recall with all the primary (15+1) resources at my main base. The trick is counters!! Allows you to eat the pesky return signals on the various sensors. Also to any new players who read this comment get your automation as early as you can! Saves alot of time from manually building everything you need. Setting up an automated factory for platforms/storage/auto arms/betteries makes the mid game alot less grindy.

I never feel like I need my large resource canisters in one place, I usually place 1 or 2 on a planet for the specific ores I'm mining

I agree, I only have multiple on Sylva, I don't think I've ever taken more than one to any other planet 🤣
