ASU 6th Annual

On April 17, 2024, a group of ScholarCHIPS scholars and alumni had the phenomenal opportunity to speak on a panel at Arizona State University's Center for Child Wellbeing, 6th Annual Children of Incarcerated Parents Conference. Facilitated by ScholarCHIPS' Founder and Executive Director, Yasmine Arrington Brooks, scholars shared their experiences growing up with an incarcerated parent, why they chose the college route, and how being a part of the ScholarCHIPS community has opened up doors of opportunity and helped them get to and through college!
