Everyone says the speakers suck on the g751 and g752 models, yet its because the speakers are set to stereo. You can simply go to the audio wizard program & set to war room then in the top put bass and tremble to max & click the maxxvolume and maxxleveler so they appear red. Then to change the sound dramatically you just right click on the volume icon in the bottom right of your desktop screen & click playback devices then right click on speakers & choose configure speakers. Just change it from stereo to 5.1 surround & your speakers will sound better than the MSI laptop speakers. Your're welcome : )

+voice5sur5 have you tried right clicking on the Windows icon in the bottom left of your desktop and then left click control panel then hardware and sound. You should see AudioWizard, if not then you can just instal it searching on Google

Exactly two years ago I bought the Asus Rog G750-ds71 with the Maxwell 860m and still running great. I love this stealth fighter design and with a clean install of Windows 10 pro 64bit on a Samsung ssd. One of the best looking 1080p displays I've seen for price at the time. My local gym has laptops and tablets built into the cycling and ellipticals. The owner has free wifi and games preloaded on the laptops. WoW, SWTOR, LotRO, GW2, PWI, etc. All you need is your login info or you can have him install personal game favorites like Witcher and most fps games for a fee of $20 and theyll stay on there a month or longer if the game is accessed within 30 days. Best gym in the world because its owned by a gamer. Obviously though most of those machines are taken all the time but not many people run for more than an hour and a half so theres usually a 30 min- 1hour turnaround.

sevan grigoryan The exhaust is there for a reason. I bought the gl702vs which has basically same specs. The temps were out of charts. Returned it and got this one. Only difference is that my model has i7 7700hq.

Hey Dave, thanks for another review, excellent as always. Thanks for making my mind up, of not needing a GTX1070. I was so gunned-up of wanting a 1070 for this new gen of pascal laptops, because how the desktop 1070 hits the sweet spot between price and performance so well, and also it will be so much more future proven compare to a 1060. But then I realise, I am getting old, and really couldn't get most out of those extra frames provided by a 120hz screen. If I can get alone real-fine with a 60 hz display, then I am wasting a lot of the horse power of a 1070. I probably also prioritise portability a bit more, so a MSI GS63VR or the upcoming Razer Blade (Please do a review!!) will likely suited me better. I actually have made my mind up for a Razer, unless there's some catastrophic (Galaxy Note 7!!) launch issue.

Razer Blade w 1060, right? Well, it is exactly like the previous one, which is a praise rather than criticism. Super slim design and fantastic build quality, now packs with an even bigger punch w pascal. My slight concern, after seeing Dave's recent review, is the fan noise under load. It really shows this is a must-trade-off if you have such a slim design. Right now, I am going for AW15 R3 w1060. I don't really game on the go, so weight (a lot of it @7.7 pounds) isn't an issue. And I am a big sucker for the side lightings.
