ASUS Motherboard Starts with no Display and Beep - Corrupt BIOS

Here we have an ASUS P8P67-LE Motherboard (2nd & 3rd gen intel CPU compatible) which starts with no Display and no Start Beep (Stuck at running CPU and PSU fans). I've tested the RAM, Graphics Card and CPU and they were OK. BIOS hard reset also didn't help it.
BIOS chip reprogramming fixed the issue.
