The "Sticker" on the charger isn't actually a sticker,it's just a piece of plastic covering the Asus logo,you can remove it

The Z1 extreme version would have been ideal with 8 cores 16 threads vs the 6 core 12 thread version your using. The ally is best suited plugged in ironically enough or put into 7 watt mode for light weight Indy titles for great battery life. Turn off virtualization as well. dropped a like. I wish your channel growth & success.

I have the non extreme ally and it works great! Skyrim on med/high runs very good and I've done a couple other games with no issues or performance problems. If I want to chase pretty visuals and high frame rates I'll sit at my desktop. But when I go to my mom's I want to be able to play halo reach on her couch. And it runs halo amazing! Was a great bargain at $400

Cause it happen to me too back then and here I tell you why if you wish and for those also who curious if you ever bought any laptop that totally new never ever been open before and when arrived you try to turn on and not working unless you plug it in first don't panic and ofcourse this is totally normal. This is actually a safety standards that had been there for a long time by manufacturer the reason is for safety transportation. You don't want it to accidentally turn on no matter what or how and overheating in incubated box then it exploded right?.. the battery is actually on half percentage and charge separately before plugged in inside laptop or handheld pc.. so then you might ask me why when I bought laptop or handheld pc from shop either online or walk in the pc at first time is boot up even I didn't plug in first. Well you're not wrong there this is why First after arrival in the shop they may need to reopen it to test the product if it still work or not after being transported in a long journey. ( Not all shop will do this especially if they receive bulk of this. ) Second : for display purpose so probably chances you get a device that had been open before is actually not new and have been touch by many customers before.. ( again not all retailer shop but had seen some cause the company don't want waste money to buy a demo set then abandoned it after the product is end of life) Then you may also said mine one is completely new it even sealed and still on even i didn't plug it in first.. Dude/Sis the retailers is under brand authorized partner and also coverage. They might have been given tools from brand to help them re-sealed the package back like it was before.. Conclusion is it hard to tell if it was completely new or not even you ask them. They'll reply it was new. So let just say it is what it is ..

Which handheld do you like better so far: sd oled v ally? I have both but cant decide between the two. Kinda leaning towards Steamdeck Oled, waiting for the Ally 2 in the next year or so. Think a next iteration for the Ally is inevitable with how popular it is. Maybe better battery, slightly bigger screen, more efficient.

The system honestly looks gross, everything about the design looks like a prototype 😂 I want a steam deck over this but I'll probably buy this fugly thing so I don't get screwed by anti cheat when trying to open a game
