The PS3 is probably the most nostalgic Playstation Console in my opinion. I remember playing small game demos like NFS Most Wanted and Sonic Adventure 2 on my Grandma's PS3. Good times. 😊

Nice man! I'm glad this helped, the Yuzu guide will only be helpful if you have Yuzu already from prior to recent as my initial setup guide for EmuDeck auto installed Yuzu for us. You'll just have to get Yuzu if you don't have it and manually place the folder in the emulation directory where the emulators are located.

Ha honestly I wasn't going to share the Emulator only because a ton of the library that is on PS3 is also on Windows or Steam. But I had it requested so many times so here it is. According to the compatibility list not even GOW 3 or Uncharted are playable yet so I'd rather buy and play PS3 for now as you can find them for a decent price these days.

Yeah maybe when we get the Snapdragon Z1 Extreme we'll be able to run PS3 but honestly I don't know if it'll be any time soon unfortunately.

Make sure you dumped your ISO properly and bios

There currently isn't a PS3 emulator for Android so until there is we will never know. Mind you I'm not sure what games would even run on any Android in the next few years as PS3 Emulation is really demanding.

Shiiiii I live to see that day when Androids have a PS3 and X360 Emulators. I mean there's a Windows x86 emulator that let's you play some PC games so maybe try that on your Odin 2 Max.

Whenever I try to play any games, my controller doesn’t work on the asus rog like the handheld itself doesn’t work if I just booted into the PlayStation regular menu it works, but whenever I load up the game, I can’t get past the title screen because I can’t hit start or anything

You can try mind you there's a compatibility list for games that work and don't work so check that before you try this.

You probably need to update the game that's why I showed the update section. The latest PS3 firmware requires this.

I managed to get Elder Scrolls Oblivion to show up but it doesn't say playable. It says "In Game". What do I do?

That means you can get into the game that's it not playable. I'd just play the PC version it's $15 USD for the GOTY Edition or G2A keys was around $10

I wish but no the Odin 2 doesn't have PS3 Emulation currently. We need a Black Ops Zombie Android Port. I remember they tried a way way back ago but it was only touch and not good 🤣

@@DNAMobileGaming I did get one to work perfectly. The Dolphin MMJR emulator fork runs COD Black Ops - Wii version flawlessly even with the resolution pumped up to 4k. So it's the one option I've found for now. I do hope Android emulation gets even better. I'm at the point now where I want to emulate everything and begin to sell my game collection. I own it all man, but I'm also tired of hoarding this stuff.

Get an Ally don't get the Deck the Ally is so much more versatile and supports all of the library of games I've thrown at it. Z1 Extreme too make sure that's the model you get if you get it.

Do you mean save states or game saves if so there's an option to save games by opening your keyboard and pressing ctr s or you can change full screen mode to manually save states in the menu.
