I get around 80 to 110 fps with the same settings and ray tracing off, but I use stock ram that came with the laptop and no external monitor

Just use an external display to play intensive games and you’re set. I use the manual setting on armory crate and I never see cpu temps past 75c

Nice video. Please show the GPU wattage as well in your upcoming gameplays. EDIT: I see your obs footage is a bit laggy. Are you running obs as administrator? If not, then obs is known to lag a lot.

I will try running in admin, I've been tweaking the settings trying to figure it out, but hopefully that will fix. Thank you! I'll add gpu wattage to the Benchmarks on the next video

posted a short warzone video with gpu wattage, hope it helps. I tried running obs in admin and i think its alot more steady. Just need to work on my quality now

Did you buy the full hd version of this laptop ? I'm thinking to buy 165hz/1440p panel one but can't seem to find one.

i have the 300hz 1080P screen. I got from Bestbuy and they didnt have the 1440P at the time. But i still would've gotten the 1080P regardless because there is no mux switch, and I have a 1440P external monitor. Not sure what games you play, but it might not hit that 165hz at 1440P unless they are esport titles.

@@wallyoney9334 ohh yes I do play eSports titles. I think 165hz variant would be much better for me personally. Also in your opinion how's the screen like colour accuracy and stuff , is it just okay or meh?

@@yashwanthk1142 I honestly mainly use my external so I don't have much use with it. It's a lot brighter than my previous laptop which is nice, but it's hard to beat an external. I'll start using the screen more and do some videos because I got a few requests to use the screen and make videos for some esport titles

Here is a hyperx 3200mhz with 20CL. Should be slightly faster than the crucial that was used in Jarrods review. Only thing is it's expensive and only 1 review. Is these temps with max fan speed?

Yes was running manual profile maxed out fans. Cpu runs hot, but can't feel it on the laptop. I also tried running at 2k resolution max settings with Ray tracing on and got consistent 140fps for a 3 hour game session. Runs hot but no signs of throttling

@@gymlover2763 I would definitely still recommend advantage edition. For the price and performance it is worth it. As for Temps these CPU can run just fine at the higher temp. My old laptop was a i7-8750H and I was constantly throttled so I used throttle stop, but it still hit in the 90s. I've used it for over 4 years at the high temp and it's still running just fine today.
