Yes 3060 is better, but it's better for productivity, not gaming. For gaming 3060 is almost equal to 3050 with a mere difference of about 5-9 fps between the two. So you don't have to worry too much about whether you should get the 6GB 3060 or the 4GB 3050 as for gaming it hardly makes a difference.
