ASUS ROG STRIX Z790-E GAMING WIFI II - A midpoint between the Hero and the STRIX F

Күн бұрынThe ROG team has updated their Z790=E Gaming motherboard with a second version which brings Wi-Fi 7 and other features along to the board. As a mid-point between the Z790 Hero and the STRIX F variant I think the Gaming WIFI II strikes a commendable balance. Highlights for me are the connectivity options and the awesome looks.
Memory overclocking isn't as great as I had expected but should be more than enough for more people.
Regardless, it is a fine example of a high-end ROG board and that is always worth spending a little but more on.

Yes but don't use it. It will cut the pcie lanes of your GPU in half.

@@realrichbunny true but even with half the lane speed it is still more than enough bandwidth for even a 4090 🤭
