How is this even itx? The whole point of itx is to be the smallest build. This should be micro atx cause this case blows for a mini itx build. On the bright side, it still looks cool.

Yes exactly, it's a lovely case purely for the show stopper aesthetic factor it has for a high end gaming room/man cave, but for me when think itx I'm looking toward the smallest possible build that can maintain amazing performance with compromising as few features/hardware accommodations as possible... This thing is practically enormous by itx standards.

you do know that ITX is a form factor that simply describes the motherboard that a case supports. It's not a form factor for a case.. Calling it an ITX case simply means that is what you have to use with it.. I have a Shift X and it's an ITX case.

@@14howZz that would purely depend on your use case, a build like this is for aesthetics and not to be small, and that's a big trend with pc's, itx is far more versatile for single card systems that matx or ATX, a case similar in size to an ATX case means you could fit a lot of extras that would require you to have an even bigger case, although this is purely for aesthetics so doesn't waste the point of itx to ne

ITX is the sizedefinition of the mobo, not the size of the case. if the case is 300L and has only a ITX mount its a ITX case... and No this case was never marketed as a small form factor so this is not selfdefeating

Idk why everyone hating on the case, its still smaller than a full size by a good amount and looks nice with a good range of options for full size cards, etc.. its just in a niche middle space to fill that gap for someone who doesn't want an enormous machine on the desk, but still wants to show off a bit.

I have a question. I know that the power supply can be mounted up to 160mm in this case. However, some communities have said that 180mm of ATX power will also be installed. How do I install a 180mm power supply?

I bought this case. I built in it. It was a real nightmare accessing the rear io and put in an Asus rog strix rtx 3080. Even worse when I had to troubleshoot it. There's so much stuff in the way and it gets annoying after a while. If you are building your frst PC, then I would recommend that you get another case.

Makes sense to me as a overkill liquid-cooled ITX system that doesn't take up much more space than a standard ATX system. ITX is becoming the most reasonable gaming option in my opinion, given there's essentially no need for more than one PCIE slot anymore. Onboard sound is usually good enough, no SLI/crossfire purpose, etc. That said, it's way too expensive, and only exists for an even smaller niche than boutique SFFPC builds. It's gorgeous though. Great aesthetic

You're right, ITX doesn't need to be SFF. But you buy ITX for it's small size. You wouldn't buy a mid tower for itx would you?

U need to do full liquid cooling system because whitout ur GPU going at 90° (strix 3070 inside this case in game °90 and not only have really bad temp )

But it looks sleeker than most midtowers and is still way smaller.. and you can't fit as many ports, waterblocks, etc.. in most itx cases. I think its a good middle option for those that don't necessarily want a mini pc or game console like system but a smaller showpiece.

@@EileenTheCr0w To each their own, That's why we options for everyone to choose from. personally it's too hot of a case and I'd take a Jonsplus i100, Raijinteck M EVO PC-O11 Mini if I wanted a larger ITX case to water cool. The O11 Mini in particular is a nice looking case (far better looking in IMHO). Even my Q500L is smaller then the Z11 and it supports full ATX motherboards (the O-11 Mini can too). All whike having superior air flow and being easier to build in. I don't know what you mean by "fit as many ports"... it's ITX after all. If the "looks" just appeal to you, than that's cool too.

enough for day to day use and gaming, for sure no overclock i undervolt a bit with the OptimumTech guide and temp is around 60 for GPU and 65 to 70 for cpu under 100% load

Noticed you didn't show the external connections to the gpu and motherboard I/O. Oh wait, there isn't any. You have to route the cables through an opening in the case and plugging them in requires removing a side panel to do it.

Cool build! But this cannot compete with other ITX cases that are much smaller, even the NCase M1 can fit 2 240 rads in a custom loop, cooling cpu and gpu in a much much much smaller footprint. It’s just too big for ITX, your build looks AMAZING though, props on that.

Compete how? It looks way better than the NCase M1. It looks much easier to build in.. Oh and you can use a full size power supply which means higher power availability. oh and it can fit the biggest video cards. pretty competitive. The motherboard tray looks perfect size for ITX since ITX is a motherboard spec not a case spec.

@@EGPIKA3 yes excellent value with 3 Asus fans, a controller rbg fan hub and excellent build quality, mine was barely touched, since the KZbin reviewer didnt have a screwdriver. There may not be a pice riser cable though, so you may need to get a good one

Thanks a lot, the pump location is good for vertical and Horizontal with this reservoir but to have the pump at same location than this one , you need to mod a bit the case, i mod the passthrough cover a bit

@@svn5994 Maximum for a high end is whatever the manufacturer wants :P The Winter One Itx case starts from 379 USD, and it in my opionion, is not better than this one (but it is a trully itx case, not like this one). I like the Asus case, it is really a good case to showcase all of your buil in one side, but it is too big indeed. In Spain it costs "only" 198€.

No thanks, my next build will be an ATX case with Ryzen 5000 series CPU and RX6900XT graphics. Case is WAY too big for ITX. If you are going to compromise your build with an ITX motherboard, you should at least benefit from a small form factor.

Call down SFF elitists. Not all ITX cases should be a damn copy-n-paste miniature metal box where it compromises noise and temps just for the sake of being small. Asus has something unique for the market.
