I have few questions though, should i wait for rtx 30 series laptop or get it now with rtx 2080? Is there any possibility for ryzen processors with high end rtx 30 series......is it future proof to get a i7 10th gen intel...or better wait for future ryzen laptops? I would be very thankful to you for your reply.

@@pritampraballakra9778 I would say there is nothing that is future proof. There is specs that you can get that will give you longevity. So I would say if you can wait, I would do that. Otherwise buy what you can afford to your budget. Unfortunately we don't have a date of the mobile processors or the mobile 30 series just yet, hopefully earlier next year.

I would go with the Alienware if that was the case. The sheer performance of the M15 and how quiet it is makes it the winner for me. That said the battery life is the issue on the M15, so that certainly hurts it. Hope that helps!

Nice review, quite a premium laptop, i have the s17 as my daily driver and gaming hard, no complaints except you spotted on how the thermal squeeze everything out despite having unique cooling solutions and liquid metals One thing im curious, how did you undervolt it? After i returned MSI GS66 twice and Lenovo 7i, i got my self this Zephyrus S15. I'm happy so far. No issue regarding QC. No failure out of the box. Mine unit doesn't has that screen issues ( 2:59 ). Yes i have also screen bleed. But very little on the left and right button. No big deal. Almost not noticeable. The Armory Crate is almost the same with MSI Dragon Center. It is good and easy to use. Meanwhile the Lenovo RGB control center is pain is the a$$. This laptop also start up with no crazy rainbow RGB light. It remember your settings and start with it. The way a like. This laptop is also more sturdy to carry than GS66. Meanwhile the GS66 has 99 watt battery but the battery life is almost the same with S15. Weird huh !. Lenovo 7i doesnt support Optimus. They advertise 7i made also for other than gaming. But no Intel GPU(Optimus)??? Come on!!! Oooo guess what? They bring the 7i slim models. Maybe that one support Optimus. Already found some pictures with build problem of GS66(hinge, body, fans & keyboard RGB) and 7i(hinge & keyboard RGB). Meanwhile i still cannot find build problem with S15(2020 model) reported on web. MSI made gs66 with usb c charging support. But i tried with my usb c charger and does not work. Meanwhile it works with my S15. The 7i does not support usb c charging at all. The speakers sound is better than GS66. G66 has no low frequency. Kinda yelling all the time. I have not experience overheating issues with my S15. By owning this S15, i also missing things from other laptop. But i can accepted because better build quality. Its a laptop. So its not laptop any more if its has build quality. Like hinges problems. - No webcam. No finger sensor. No Windows hello capability. So i bought a small usb finger scanner for easy login. - No notepad and no super wide touchpad. But it is the way i like. My hands is more center while typing and not to much touching the touchpad. - No Intel i9 CPU. But its only 15 procent boost. Not a big deal at all. Most important, S15 has full RTX 2070 super mobile GPU. Not a Max-Q. - When the S15 fans spinning at max(turbo), it's produced kinda weird sound. It's like when you spinning a rope. I liked the fans sound of GS66. - I like the back ports of Lenovo 7i. - I like the 7i screen. But i need longer battery life. - No 180 open screen capability on S15. But the lid build quality is very important for a laptop. Still until now i cannot find a perfect laptop. They made it that way, i think. But Zephyrus S15 suits me very well. I need a laptop for editing, study and work. I also use the laptop on my lap. Still no bending issue. GS66 has it. I'm curious about the build and components quality after a couple of months. We'll see.
