Model ASUS GAMING F17 - FX706HCB has 2x NVMe and has enough space next to the battery for an classic SSD drive, even the BIOS recognizes this slot, but it does not have a physical slot for connecting a cable :( :( :(

​@@PkutskoI have this laptop but didn't open it yet. As you may know there are a lot of different versions even of a given model. For example I have the 512 Gb SSD Storage but when I look on the net they always mention one with 1 Tb... So that makes it harder to see which version you got and how many there are. As far as I've seen the PCIe is 3.0, I might have seen one mentioning a potential 4.0 on one of the slot, but I don't find this stuff anymore, forgot where I got it. After all PCIe 4.0 was just introduced with Intel CPU 11th Gen, and since this computer is not on the high end with the very latest technologies, it seems logical that it'd be PCIe 3.0. - For NVMe version it's a good version, but I think it's not the latest neither. Anyway it apparently doesn't matter cause the motherboard doesn't get involved in it, it's about drivers and SSD firmwares. So don't worry about that. PCIe 4.0 normally work in 3.0 port, but the performance will get limited to the max one of 3.0. Taking a 4.0 isn't a bad choice if you think about changing your computer one of those days, like this your SSD will already be able to compete with the current norms. Even if PCIe 5.0 is already starting to spread out and since technology evolves very fast we often get outdated very quickly ahah

you can install a 2ndd mv.2 ssd and not teh larger.

Please turn down the music to a background level. Most of the video the music is too loud while you are speaking, resulting in your voice sounding muffled while the music was loud and clear. I stopped watching about halfway because I had difficulty understanding you due to the music.

You may check if the SSD is listed in the BIOS. If SSD is not in BIOS, you can try to reseat the connector and check.
