I have a Question, if i want to install a crucial NVMe 1TB SSD, do I have to remove the pre installed 512GB SSD or can I keep both of them.

If your laptop has 2 slots for SSD, and one slot already has a 512GB SSD, you can install a new 1TB SSD in the extra slot and use both. If you remove the pre inserted 512GB, then the Windows OS installed in your system will also go with it.

I tried so many times but this shit ssd screw just doesn't come out, it just doesnt rotate, i bought 2 screwdriver set already

Use a small plier. Hold opposite ends of the screw and rotate gently.
