The market for gaming monitors is expanding, making it simpler to find the right one for your needs. You'll require a different monitor than somebody else, depending on the games you play and your budget. The Asus VG248QG is a budget-friendly gaming monitor. We'll go over the ASUS VG248QG in detail in this video. So be sure to stay with it until the end!

The Asus VG248QG is attractively styled. It does set it apart from other monitors in that regard. When used with multiple monitors, its thin 1 cm bezels lessen eye fatigue and improve the viewing area under the Asus monitor's optimal color setting.
This monitor has excellent construction. The fabric has an upscale feel. It is strong and durable. The monitor's back has a matte texture that makes cleaning easy. The stand is dependable and stable. It also has a hollow for easy cable management.
On the monitor's back are a joystick and four buttons. To navigate the OSD menu, use the joystick. It's easy to use.
Enhances the color of your opponent's health/mana bars in MOBA so you can react quickly and be the first to take down the opposing team's primary structure.
The Asus VG248QG comes with a number of display options. These are referred to as "Asus Splendid Modes." If you don't want to make manual changes to your settings, you can use preset display modes. There are eight pre-set options. They are favorable and can easily transition between them.
You can choose the best preset display setting for your needs from the options available. You can also tweak the temperature, color, contrast, brightness, sharpness, and other settings to suit your preferences. You must examine and test each one separately before deciding on the best one for your assignment.
The Asus VG248QG is a fantastic choice for competitive gaming. The refresh rate is 165Hz. If you upgrade from a 60Hz panel, you will undoubtedly notice a difference in game smoothness. You may only notice a minor difference when upgrading from a 144Hz display, but it will give you a competitive advantage in games. These are the Asus monitor's best gaming settings.
The power button is one of six functional buttons with clear labels hidden behind the lower bezel on the right side. Some of the buttons also serve as hotkeys for features such as image presets and the GamePlus function, which includes a game timer and an aiming scope to assist you in focusing on your targets. Video inputs include digital HDMI, DisplayPort, and dual-link DVI. They are all facing the back of the cabinet.
They're linked by an audio input and a headphone jack. There is no camera, analogue video input, or USB ports on this model. It does, however, come with a pair of 2-watt speakers that are powerful but have a tinny sound.
The Asus VG248QG is currently the most affordable of several low-cost vertical monitors on the market. It also has a 24-inch HD gaming display with WLED lighting and a 1080p resolution.
The monitor is distinguished by its quick 0.5 ms reaction time and high 165 Hz refresh rate, which eliminates smearing and motion blur. We appreciate the Extreme Low Motion Blur technology, which provides you with clear and vibrant images. As a result, you will enjoy responsive and smooth gaming. These are uncommon characteristics for a monitor in this price range.
Overall, the Asus VG248QG monitor is a newer model. The maximum refresh rate of the Asus 24 VG248QG 144hz best settings is 165 Hz, as stated earlier, allowing for smoother gameplay at extremely high frame rates.

@@Juliuscaesar69th to my understanding I’m capped at 60fps with the hdmi cable that came with the ps5 So I’m assuming if I use a hdmi to display port from ps5 to the monitor I may get a higher fps ?..

@WhatAhSavage so you can't overclock this monitor I tried already. But you should be able to run 120fps with the hdmi cable the ps5 came with l, I was playing fortnite on 120 frames

No, it not the hdmi port 1.4 needs to be 2.0 or 2.1 to run 120hz.

I have it and I like it. You can run it with 120fps with 1080p but not with 4k. And overall the performance is damn good
