The regular Zenfone 4 with the Snapdragon 660 and Wide Angle camera is what attracts me the most. Those specs are almost perfect for me since I don't game almost at all.

Snapdragon 660 is actually a beast for a mid range phone. Scoring a whooping 100K in Antutu Benchmark compared to Snapdragon 630 which is only 65K in benchmark.

Samsung+iPhone=Asus look :) There are a zillion versions, loaded with bloatware plus barely available anywhere, and if they are, for the price there are plenty other ones to consider.. The Zenfone 3 Deluxe 5.7 is a steady 499 at BH, the LG V20 is 369, the G6 was just 499. Samsung 7 Edge is usually under 500...

+Gamer Lycan do your research before commenting stuff... 1st and 2nd gen of Zenfone are cheap cos they use subsidized Intel processors. When Intel stopped doing that, Asus got no other choice than to use Qualcomm's, which is not subsidized. That's why price suddenly skyrocketed since the 3rd gen. Fortunately, Asus has the same mind as Sony and Samsung at making phones: They also make mid-end and low-end phones.

SB The Pikachu I' ve used one, the selfie and 5.5s, aaanddd it's not so good, so many bloatwares and the updates aren't any better, xiaomi and meizu's UI are more stable and snappy if you ask me. Having something as your phone doesn't mean you have to be biased.

shu shin ZenUI 4.0 got rid of bloatwares actually. Snapdragon 625 with ZenUI 3.0 scored 63K in Antutu benchmark, while Snapdragon 625 with ZenUI 4.0 scored 67K in same benchmark. I think Asus learned at all.
