Actually when i was 17 years old, im struggling with my mental issue, i have nobody to talk to and everyone just thought that im fine all the way. After spm, i told my mom i dont want to further my studies but my mom asked me to go and i got no choice. To SPM leaver or young adult like me, I want to advice you all to validate your feelings and embrace it. It is okay to feel sad, useless or any other negative feelings but trust me, eventually YOU WILL GET THROUGH IT. It is hard now that you are going through it, but you will be at awe after going through it, you will tell yourself “wow, I actually made it!”. Im at the age to start my internship. When I look back, I feel like every each of the negative/positive feelings are worth it. All the hopelesness feeling, they are all there to build us. WHAT YOU ARE GOING THROUGH NOW IS PREPARING YOU FOR YOUR FUTURE. So get through the hardship, talk to someone and live your life to the fullest!
