Requesting for a simple question: Say , someone applied for Asylum in March 2023 , she duly obtained Work Permit & SSN September 2023 . At this juncture when will be the right time to file lawsuit so they USCIS feels to call for the interview at the earliest .

Not a ton you can do to speed things up in immigration court, unfortunately. If you face emergency circumstances, you may be able to get the judge to schedule your hearing sooner

I guess that highly depends on the state you have filed your case. I have been waiting for 5 years so far and I have seen a lot like myself here in California. I also requested for expedite my case almost a year ago due to health issues of my dad and we didn't even hear back from them since then.

I got my EAD after 6 months I applied for it at the 1st time but after that each renewal was pain in the butt and last one took 1.5 year and as you can say I had lots of troubles with HR, DMV and bank, because they only know certain documents and don't accept USCIS receipts as a work permit, although it's 100% legal document.
