I have a lot of limiting beliefs that sit on my shoulders and prod me, and I also have things I want to achieve. I have stiffened up since menopause and this year, I want to gain back my supple and strong self 🧡

I visited John’s channel and watched a few videos. He comes across as a gentle soul and it’s clear where one of his passions lies.
