This felt like peak of humanity...Chef Vineet seemed like a seasoned master of his trade who's worked his way up in life and he's passionate about his roots and truly an Indian at heart.... and must commend the interviewer here...gracious, respectful, cultured and elegant...he was so confident and sure of himself...truly secure and he acted right because of it....it's so rare....sigh...makes you think what was the last time you witnessed such a great conversation between two men that inspire respect...
