All 3 of you have a great core!!! I could teach yoga and i can tell that even the younger one is stronger than a lot of adults lol - at least in France If i may, me too i was planking during hours, litterally, and using an ab wheel saved me so much time - also it's cheap!

That "at home" (the WARMUP part only) training used to be called something else ON ICE and was usually a full 60 MINUTES 🤔... RIGHT, it was called "FIGURES" as to how Figure Skating came to be called! 🤣 Any old timers remember these parts of "Figures" though... 1. It required an additional pair of skates with a specialized "toe pick" than our "Freeskates" (AND also "Dance skates") ... 2. Anyone still own their "scribe"? 😉😃😪 TY AGAIN KATIE for bringing a smile to THIS one old timer!
