I have been doing my resistance training since last three years..As and when I adopted intermittent fasting since last six months, all my pain vanished off..Now I am doing full body workouts daily..No pain full gain.. Now my body fat percent is near about ten to fifteen percent.. 💪💪

Meri backpain zyada hota hai Dr ne jakdan bola tha . Aur workout mna kia tha but abhi mai workout kar rhi hu kyu ki weight gain ho gya tha . And mai normal home workout karti hu 600-800 calories burn ho jata hai. Roj ka

Sir I could 20 pull-ups at once.. suddenly I have developed a pain when I lift my left hand,hence not even able to do a single pull-up properly for last few weeks.I'm really worried and upset.rehab excersizes not helping ..shall I stop working out all together for sometime?

Sir pehle mai 40 push ups 1 bar me kr leta tha but bich me 10 din exams ke vajah se exercise nhi ho paya aur abhi muskil se 10 bhi nahi ho rha kya karu sir 😭
