I have an old VIVOSUN home made Sauna that I used with 8 Rubylux red lights and was wondering if I could put 2 of the Red Lights in the back top of the Clear Light Sauna I just bought and run the cords to a separate outlet for more heat or is it over kill?

Yes. It's better than adding their full spectrum heater.

What is the best home sauna that has the highest temperatures? 175 to 200°. I was watching Andrew Huberman‘s podcast and he stated that there is a protocol utilizing saunas that could increase your human growth hormones up to 16 fold. If I wanted to do that at home, I don’t know what is the best sauna to purchase that could help me achieve those temperatures for a long periods of time. Multiple 30 minute sessions.

@@edgarrivera1208 From what I heard Huberman say, 1 hour per week total of Heat or Hot exposure is perfect for health benefits. Regardless of whether you do 10 or 15 or 20 or 30 minute sessions. I do think I heard Andrew H say if you do 30 minutes then walk outside or airdry for 5 minutes then go back in for 30 that might be the best for HGH. I am not sure it is about hot temperature degrees though. I assume anything near 150 is optimal.

@@matt-justice I had the Red Lights in a homemade sauna once too, it got hot enough to make me sweat my only concern was and maybe Matt can shed some light on this is they sent me these Tanning bed type glasses with the lights? I stopped using it because I was wondering if these red lights can damage your eyes? I hated being in there without being able to see, so just stopped using it completely.
