My husband and I discovered your videos a year or 2 ago. (The old one with the dog barking we loved!) Can’t thank you enough. Great stretches that really help with flexibility and mobility as we get older!

I do something like this for 15 minutes every day. 59 y and plan to keep doing it for decades. Excellent routine!

Wonderful teaching. I tried them with blocks. Fantastic outcomes Roger. if you ever want a holiday in Scotland let me know, i need a personal trainer.

Is it okay to do these on cold muscles? I’ve often read that static stretches aren’t great on muscles that aren’t warmed-up yet. I liked this routine, in any case - had to use a fair amount of cushions to sit back on my heels without loads of pressure on my knees, but hopefully that will come…
