The Drop is such a sleeper - absolute dramatic gold. One of those films like The Usual Suspects where every frame and every line delivers vital information. You just don't see the ending coming. It's bloody brilliant. I've rewatched this four times already.

Reality was insanely good. I knew all about the story before going into it but I loved how they filmed the movie as a thrille/drama. Creepy story. Really well done! Highly recommend it.

Darren I picked 3 flicks from your last vid on Freevee. Sweet Country (favorite of the 3), Eden Lake, The Wailing. Had to watch a happy movie after all those downers!

The Jacket is a masterpiece. I was obsessed with it for nearly a year. Great film. Cadillac Man is low key one of Robin Williams' better movies. Hotel Artemis sounds like the vibe of Free Fire with Sharlto Copley. You intrigue me sir. This recommendation sounds right up my alley. The Omega Man was also remade into straight to Syfy movie I Am Omega with Mark Dacoscos. Blood, Guts, Bullets and Octane is Joe Carnahan's directorial debut. Incredible flick for very low budget. Maybe my favorite film of his after The A-Team, perhaps the best small screen to big screen effort ever, alongside Miami Vice.

Love the cheesy "The Omega Man", but didn't know it was a remake! (not as big a fan of "I Am Legend") Happy to have seen a few of these films already, but looking forward to checking out most of the rest (Narc, Cadillac Man & Hotel Artemis definitely worth the time to watch). Flick Connection never seems to let me down.

Jason Patric was phenomenal as the villain Max in a severely underrated movie called The Losers. That movie was incredible and I thought for sure there would be at least a couple of sequels.

Great selection Darren. Bit of background on Animal Kingdom. It’s based on the real life intergenerational Australian crime family called the Pettingills. They were involved in an infamous ambush murder of two young policeman in Melbourne. Absolutely vile family. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pettingill_family Headhunters is a fantastic movie. The Jacket is fantastic! Kinda surprised it's not higher on the list. Citizen X is one of the best movies about serial killers. Most are shocked to find out that it was a made for TV. The story is so well crafted and acted. You really should watch it at least once in your life.

As always, I’ve already watched a lot of these movies and you’ve gotten me interested in several more, like Headhunters. I do think that Hotel Artemis should be in the top 10 though. Picture Jodi Foster putting John Wick back together and you’ll get what I mean. Cadillac Man is one of Robin Williams best movies because he goes through so many emotions so quickly while trying to appear sincere. Hilarious! Put Breach on the bottom 10. Great actors but mediocre script. You are the best at putting these movie clips together and explaining why we should watch them. ❤❤ off to watch Headhunters now🎉

I loved Citizen X, subject matter aside, the acting, directing, screenplay were superb!!! To ME this was one of the few movies where you truly feel for a character and I mean all the way around, excellent, excellent choice!

As always, thanks for the great recommendations and turning us on to good film we may have missed. I must respectfully disagree about Jason Patric especially when it comes to the very dark movie "Rush". He and Jennifer Jason Leigh, both give absolutely mind-blowing performances that take you to a place where only their superb acting could. Think your followers would really enjoy seeing it but warn them it's not a pretty ride. As well, he has a small, interesting, dark part in "Your Friends and Neighbors" along with a quite impressive ensemble cast. Not your typical 30-something friends flick. Hey; for his age, give his performance in "Lost Boys" some cred.
