AT&T Please Help Me - UNACCEPTABLE Customer Service Experience

With Metro pcs my bill is $70.00 a month while reaching out to foreign countries. AT&T my bill every month was nearly $300.00 a month.... You wanna pay almost 500.00 a month for a phone bill is wild & beyond me 🤔😂😂😂💀

LOL not as wild as the bill and the unacceptably poor customer service. To make things worse, AT&T Customer Loyalty has still not responded to this video. Unacceptable…….

@@IrixGuy because it's a scam, with AT&T your still paying for the phone or device with a bunch of requirements you don't need. Main reason I went back to Metro pcs, they asked why I went back for almost 7 years, I gave them the reason & just laughed, with Metro the phones already paid for upon activation they went into great detail on the differences 😂🙂💯

I can tell you right now, the best way if you have a legitimate problem is file a complaint with the FCC. You will hear quite quickly back from ATT and it will be a rep from the US you speak with. Had to do this with Straight Talk when trying to port two numbers to ATT (ATT was not the problem, it was straight talk). Filled out the form on the FCC website, the next day i got a call from their US based customer center and had the numbers ported within an hour. Companies do not want complaints from the FCC.

At this point i would force them to cancel the contract without penalties and just change providers; if you are going to waste time, make it count.

Thanks for the suggestion. I'm going to see what (if any) response that I get from AT&T by close of business Tuesday first. Unless they can make things right, I'll definitely be switching to another provider.

Phones 100% paid for or not. Literally two phones monthly can cost a huge part of your bill. Feeling like we're missing things.

This is for service charges only (no iPhone payments are part of this number). Great question though and this even better illustrates how bad the price is.
