Verizon Wireless is the MOST expensive cell carrier. I've been with them for nearly 10 years. What I do not like about them is their lies and deceit. The company has NO standards from a customer service standpoint. Their agents will tell you one thing and not follow through on what they say and it's the same with their supervisors. More competitors are needed in the U.S. to humble big corporations like Verizon, because they take advantage of their customers. I'm going to try out a new provider, AT&T or T-Mobile.

I use T-Mobile, they have the most 5G coverage, if u have 5G in your area, they have more 5G than AT&T and faster speeds, AT&T is great too but T-Mobile 5G coverage here in Massachusetts and all around rural areas for me has been incredible

absolutely true, i go to school in hardwick mass, i get 5G uc and sometimes speeds over 500 mbps and over 1 gb near some towers in mass, here in massachusetts at school, its made a dramatic difference and have great extended range 5g as well in tons of rural spots, i used verizon in mass and it actaully couldnt have been worse, i had no 5g and slow lte that made calls drop sometimes 10x a day, so impressed with tmobile

used to do a fair amount of driving through wayward places. its been about 5-10 years but the last time i tried T-mobile their service coverage was nowhere near as good as verizons. could make phone calls in the middle of death valley, basements, you name it. T-mobile has probably come a long way since then, from the sounds of it at least.

@@Tatura.absolutely Verizon absolutely sucks, even on 5G it barely worked and on LTE they can’t even make a call, I used Verizon for years, awful coverage particularly on Apple Watch, I switched to T-Mobile and they have absolutely incredible coverage with 5G almost everywhere, crazy fast speeds, I average 500 mbps almost everywhere I go even in the most remote areas like Hardwick Massachusetts, they have 4x the 5G, and have UC 5G rolled out to over 300 million, very impressed with T-Mobile coverage speeds and reliability, idk who would downgrade to Verizon from T-Mobile, not smart in any way

I would love to use T-Mobile. One part of using them is flying you can use the wifi on some airlines as a part of your service. Here is my problem. The closest tower to my home goes out a lot. My GF used to use T-Mobile. After several missed calls changed her service. Several of my neighbors have switched because of this. When this bad tower is brought up T-Mobile just keeps saying all is OK with it.

Don’t do it. I got T-Mobile a year and a half ago, and it was good up until now. My bill went from being $80 a month to $140, and that’s just for one line. I went to AT&T and it’s only $70 a month, and they gave me $1k trade in credit for my non-Pro iPhone 14. Turned around and bought the 15 Pro Max and I only owe $200 on it. Before that I used Verizon, and everyone can agree that you need to be filthy rich to use that service 😂

Yes, the data is throttled way down but I don't need that much data on my phone. If I want better data I can still use Visible and pay about $15 more a month.

I’d say T-Mobile is the best but if you’re in a rural area it says it’s 5g but it’s not. I’d have better signal on 4g then up here with T-Mobile. There internet is great but even in big city my calls drop when it says I’m on 5g UC. False advertising. My husband travels a lot for work during the day and he constantly loses signal when he didn’t with Verizon. Ima try att just because I hated the price of Verizon and att is better priced then my T-Mobile deal now.

I agree. I feel like a few years ago that T-Mobile coverage was pretty good, but now it’s crap. And I think it’s mostly because they’re switching every tower to 5G, and phasing out 4G. AT&T and Verizon is still sticking to ole reliable 4G, and I like that. I don’t mind if it’s a little slower, but it’s better than dropping calls constantly and text messages not going through.

I am leaving AT&T because of their service and customer service. Every Saturday, Sunday, and sometimes Monday, my internet service cuts off completely around 1am to 5am. I call customer service every week, I change my plan for more priority benefits according to them, and I still have the same problem, being cut off on the exact same timeline. They are telling me no towers around me are going through maintenance, and they are not explaining why I am having the issue that I am having. It is not the phone that I have because it did it with the other phone that I had. So I am leaving AT&T in hopes that another cell phone provider won't cut me off. I still can make phone calls, I still can send SMS text messages, but everything else involving the internet, it just do not want to work I guess. I could have my guesses, but I just feel like I am wasting money for something I can't use because it's getting to a point where it's not a coincidence. It can't be a coincidence because it's always happening around the same time and my signal is pretty decent. I get two bars. I always get two bars no matter where I go anyways because I am never close to the cell phone tower. But I know all three of these major cell phone carriers are on the same real estate. Basically real estate as is cell phone poles. And my only hope that Verizon or T-Mobile will not cut their power short. I hope it's not all directed to the same pole. I mean it is to the same pole, but I hope it's individually controlled by each carrier.

Verizon is usually cheapest for lower end plans like prepaid and generally their other plans are way cheaper then AT&T and T-Mobile but their coverage isn’t even close to as good or reliable but if your on like mint mobile or lower end providers then it’s a good switching choice if u don’t rely on 5G because Verizon’s 5G is so disappointing based on how much work and money they spent on building their 5G spectrum, basically just keep in mind Verizon’s coverage is not as reliable especially in more remote areas, I am in Massachusetts for school and I used Verizon and had calls dropping 10 times and day

Yeah I use T-Mobile go5g plus, it’s 90 dollars a month for 1 line and they include all taxes and fees, it is the same price as Verizon’s unlimited ultimate plan that’s 90 dollars for 1 line, T-Mobile has better plans than Verizon and shorter contracts so if u only have 1 line, I would switch to T-Mobile

Regarding AT&T: I tried to change the number of rings on my cell before voicemail takes over. There's no way to do it other than to call an agent. The agent couldn't do it and had to call a special agent. This took 40 minutes on hold. It is really so stupid that AT&T doesn't have a customer option to do this. Not what I would expect for $80 a month.

Verizon mobile data sucks. The phone service is good, but data in big cities, it stalls on me. And forget about Verizon hotspot. That sucks the most, even with 5G. Many times I have to use my Cricket phone (AT&T) as a hotspot to use my Verizon phone. The only reason I don't use the cricket phone for online instead of the Verizon phone is because my Verizon phone is a superior phone to the Cricket one. Wish the Verizon service was as good as AT&T.
