Thanks. Have a sizable commission atm so vids are gonna be a bit slower for a while but I got more coming.

Very cool build! I've shied away from using my FDM printer for anything other than functional stuff, but maybe I judged too harshly...

If I need something for the tabletop that needs to be a bit robust I always go with my fdm. With the right settings you can get some smooth prints.

Question made sense what you used the dark sea blue but what did you use the uniform gray and ash gray for? Was it over the deep sea blue or over the flat areas so the blue stays in the cracks
@NinetaleHobbies4 ай бұрын
Both. The deep sea blue makes a good base and gives a subtle metal feel to the grey overtones and the blue shadows reinforce it.

Hey mate! this video is awesome! your the first person ive seen do these big vehicles in FDM and it turned out stunning! would love to know your printer settings if its not too much trouble, just a stock Vyper?
@NinetaleHobbies Жыл бұрын
Sorry for the late reply. I was at a store tourney this past weekend. Yes it's just a stock Vyper. I print at .1 layer, 7 % infill, 3 walls, 7% support (lines in Cura or Organic in Prusa), .35 distance from supports, 40 on initial layer speed, 80 mm/s on the rest. I use a raft on all the big parts.

Hello, how are you? I would like to know how big the at-te in your video is? and how much is the at-te project, and does it have articulation?
@NinetaleHobbies Жыл бұрын
I don't have an exact size but just the model alone is around 12-16 inches long. It used about half a roll of filament (so roughly $10) and the file runs about twenty buck I think. It is fully articulated and posable.

Do you know the dimensions of the ATTE?
@NinetaleHobbies2 жыл бұрын
It's roughly 16x6x8 if it's built as a non destroyed version.
