1:38 In my personal opinion, learning the left hand there is VERY hard, you need to focus on that fast pased melody with your fingers that you have to repeat VERY fast, while playing the main melody notes with your pinky, ON TOP of that you would need to play a semi complicated melody on the other hand? nah, imma stick to octaves

Falling Mysts at 1:55, with the 32nd note sixtuplets is likely impossible at the tempo the piece was being played at. though, by what i saw, every note is absolutely possible to hit in the rhythm there is

It is mostly possible on 61 keys, but the only problem is that there are some bass notes that go past the range. You might need to do a workaround when it comes to playing those bass notes. Everything else should be okay though. The right hand is all in the range, and playing on a 61 key shouldn't affect the melody at all.
