Neighbours drive and front garden looks gorgeous so you cant tell me doing that had no affect on the neighbours , if it was mine i would be pleased my neighbour was getting theirs done it makes the whole street nicer and i guess raise property values. Great job as always guys keep it up.

If neighbours get extremely awkward or difficult remind them that most places in England you have the right of access to repair boundary fences and if they refuse then advise them it’s fairly straightforward to take it to court and it will cost them in the long run. I have been there and basically told the neighbour it was going to be done whether they liked it or not. After the wall and fence was replaced (with the maximum height allowed reducing their light in their side passage for them) I decided I had to give them a letter warning them they could not attach any gates, cables or anything else to my property or they would be liable for the cost to repair. Reason being they failed to close their gate which they had attached to my old wall without permission and exacerbated the damage with the wind banging the gate time and again. This caused the wall to move as earth then dropped into the gap forcing the wall to stay at an angle. The wall cost several thousands of £’s to replace. Unfortunately, you can choose many things in life but obnoxious neighbours are not one of them.

@@dhewitt2514 Actually they are the most unpopular people in the road I live in. Personally, I have nothing to do with them, the most interaction I ever have is that I will take in a parcel for them if they are out. I have an extremely nice post persons so don’t like to give them extra work!

I have a neighbour whose had an unlocked shed gate for a couple of years, it usually slams several times per hour when its windy, its annoying and inconsiderate. Some people just dont have any common sense or consideration for others any more

i will never understand people who do that to construction/landscaping whatever workers... all of that ''mess'' is temporary... only thing i can understand is if you are re-painting/painting something and then dusts comes your way or whatever and those would probably stick then... but im sure theres a way they could work it out... but if its a complete nonsense then fuck that... also during the day and not bothering your evenings/nights is even crazier lol(also yes there are people working from home, but they havent even been loud and when it will come down to that it will be 1 day/few hours) anyways u said it right, dont bother with them

I am a tree surgeon, next door had a nice clean white mx5. I knock the door to see if they wanted to move it but no answer. So i started the chipper, covered it in conifer dust and it rain a little so really made a mess. Tried to blow it off but no. They came out and i thought here we go, i am going to get shouted at, which i thought fair enough. But no she just wanted me to blow off the bins 😂😂😂 some people are alright 😅.

Jealousy causes a lot of friction. A lot of people have no idea what it's like turning up to work everyday knowing that deliveries, noise, parking issues ect are going to cause conflict. It can lead to serious anxiety.

Had one a few week ago Steve, We were replacing a fence between two neighbours. My customer hadn't told next door we were going to take this Rotten overgrown mess down. Next door came out with a pair of secateurs! started complaining , then got her husband, he came out F- ing and Blinding. I said it is down to them to inform each other about the work. With a neighbour like that I’d make as much dust and mess as possible just to really annoy them. You should totallly film it for everyone to see what they are like, as you said they must have made a right mess and dust when they did their own driveway and garden. I've not been in since the development. i have only driven by to see the original Plant hire has been demolished as well as the bathroom showroom. MR key Is a Legend. I’ve been in my home since the end of the 1970’s. So I’ve been the Eyesore of the neighborhood. My house now is almost 100 years old. I love it. But obviously it is the oldest house and property for miles. I get anonymous letters stuck in my mailbox and under my windshield wipers. But if I get a tree trimmed or a delivery all hell breaks out. Noise. Blocking. Which is funny I live on the corner. I think it’s Jealousy. It’s how I think of it anyway.. the only time I complained was when my neighbor was having work done and she told them to park IN my driveway. Blocking me in. I made them move their trucks. 😂 Agree with You Stevie. Frank Keys. Hilarious and delightful.. Oh Cobbs!!! Wonder if Finn likes these better than the customer who made them. D&J Projects will handle that cow with dignity and class. I hope we get her on camera. Show the world who she is. ❤

Like you I would point out that in order to have the drive and garden she has, it must have been an inconvenience to the rest of the neighbours, they had to grin and bare it she should have the good grace to accept the 1 or 2 week inconvenience, again point out she doesn’t own the street and you can’t control the weather. If she still wants to rant just say, it is so sad that your life is so empty that being nasty in order to get interaction with others human beings, you have my sympathy. If that doesn’t make her take stock of her actions then she is suffering from extremely low self esteem😢.
