@sasab6218 galley fire indication on FE panel blinking is overheat condition, steady was indicating a fire.

Yeah, had to qualify as FE and FO initial before Captain upgrade. Some of it still sticks 30 years later.

So sad to see that things like this just don't exist anymore. Sure some A340s have lower deck lavatories. But they can't compare to a galley.

It certainly looked like that was possible. From the video, it seemed that the engines were idling, the background music was playing, and there were occasional announcements over the PA. It would be interesting to know when and where.
