সরিষার তেল / Mustard Oil
১.৫ চা চামচ গোটা জিরা / 1.5 tsp whole cumin seeds
৩ টি কুচানো পেঁয়াজ / 3 Ea Chopped onion

৩-৪ চা চামচ জল / 3-4 tsp water
১.৫ চা চামচ হলুদ গুঁড়ো / 1.5 Tsp Turmeric Powder
২.৫ চা চামচ কাশ্মীরি লঙ্কার গুঁড়ো / 2.5 tsp Kashmiri Chilli Powder
১.২০০ কেজি মটন / 1.200 kg Mutton
২-৩ চা চামচ আদা রসুন বাটা / 2-3 Tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
৭-৮ টি কাঁচা লঙ্কা চেরা / 7-8 ea Green Chili slit
স্বাদমত নুন / Salt To Taste
২০০ গ্রাম দই / 200g Curd
গরম জল / Hot Water
৩-৪ চা চামচ গোটা ধনে / 3-4 tsp Whole Coriander Seeds
১ টি দারুচিনি / 1 ea Cinnamon
১.৫ চা চামচ গোটা গোলমরিচ / 1.5 tsp black pepper corn
