Very cool. Is there a difference between wet blending and feathering ?

My understanding is wet blending is mixing two wet paints together on the model to form a gradient, whereas feathering is pulling a wet paint over a mostly dry paint.

Ok cool. That makes sense now. And a gradient is as by definition the same as in say working with soil or something? Or does useing acrylics make it different?

@@JeffG-n8p I think it's basically the same, but oil paints of course have a much longer time before the paint becomes dry. So, it might be easier to get a smooth gradient with oils instead of acrylics.
