I don't like to compare, but I met ateez through bts and many people find similarities between them, the way they started, a small company and growing organically, it wasn't easy, mentioning that ateez admires bts a lot and stuff, but ateez is one of those groups Incredibly talented, voices, rap, the lyrics of their songs, incredible dancers, their stage presence and expressions is something that I have probably never seen in another group, them and their personalities and the way they love atiny and their relationship with them. They are probably the reasons why a group like them is succeeding and I know that much more awaits them, not to mention that mingi and hongjoong write and compose the vast majority of their songs. And their songs, albums and everything they do is so freaking amazing i swear you are not gonna regret getting into them, they are way too funny and amazing human beings.

And sometimes it's pretty hard to not compare, BTS was compared to Big Bang a lot when they were rookies because of the same reason, but as time went on, BTS made a huge name for themselves on their own. I have no doubt Ateez will do the same. A lot of groups start similarly and then they create their own unique sounding discography.

You don't know how much I wanna hang out with you girls and tell you EVERYTHING I know about Ateez!! They are for sure a wondeful group to say the least. Since a lot of Atinys already comment almost everything about them, I'm gonna point out what I specially love about them: *STAGE PRESENCE AND FACIAL EXPRESION KINGS!* and I'm not exagerating, like you can't help but to have them as the standar when you watch other groups perform, not to mention their high level energy on stage *NO-SKIP DISCOGRAPHY!* this may sound biased but seriously their title tracks, b-sides, everything is AMAZING! and they get better with every album *THEIR STORYLINE!* give them an oscar already. Treasure really is an emotional song. I went to their expedition tour and the last song was treasure, so everytime i listen to it i get very emotional. It's like they were saying goodbye to us and telling us they will be chasing their dreams and until we meet again they will try their best to make us proud. And that's really what they're doing. As an atiny I really recommend you to dive into ateez! You won't regret it! 💗

I found Ateez through an ad on KZbin for pirate king just after their debut. I was immediately hooked and it’s been a journey watching them grow. Bias is Wooyoung (dude had me at the throat from the beginning). They’re crazy performers and the amount of energy they have is hard to replicate when others cover them.

the song christy loves "aurora" was hongjoong's first credited song as a producer 🥺 hongjoong and mingi write for every song like their rap verses but aurora was the first song he was credited for as a producer and he wrote it for atinys after seeing lightinys at their concert and it looked like an aurora so the lyrics are like "please wrap me up my aurora"... i love him so much 🥺 after that album he produced sunrise, horizon, good lil boy, celebrate, rocky and all about you! wooyoung AND yeosang were both bighit trainees but when yeosang left for kq, wooyoung followed him and said "if i have to fail, i want to fail with you. if i succeed i want to succeed with you." and it broke me 💔 san and yeonjun went to the same high school and they're close too! from what i know yeosang is close to taehyun 💗 christy also asked about who in ateez takes part in song production and hongjoong said aside from him n mingi, san used to write songs during his trainee days but stopped because he was falling behind in terms of dance (which is crazy like??) but he's picking it back up again! and yeosang is taking lessons from hongjoong these days n learning the piano so he can take part in the future too 💞 and youre right hongjoong was the first ever trainee at kq and he watched dozens of trainees come and go but like fate would have it, yunho was apparently the second trainee to join after 6 months of which hongjoong spent training alone. it was during this period of time where he composed sunrise (if you read the lyrics.... I'm so glad that you're getting into them. They're my Ult group and BTS are my second Ults so as an Armytiny, I'm so excited. So far, we have some Mingi and San love. Love that for you. I'd be surprised if you end up with 1 bias. I have 4 Ateez biases 😂. Jongho, Yunho, Yeosang, and Mingi. But Jongho is my Ult along with Jin. Actually both Yeosang and Wooyoung were BigHit trainees and Wooyoung actually left BigHit to follow Yeosang to KQ because he said if he succeeded, he wanted to succeed with him and if he failed then he wanted to fail with him too.

To be honest I personally think ateez is the standard of kpop. What I mean about this is that a lot of the things they do I haven’t seen on kpop yet for example THE FACIAL EXPRESSIONS I can’t stress this enough because they’re actually insane when it comes to that and stage presence😩 They’re truly on another level when it comes to choreography and their music it’s so unique. Their facial expressions are insane it makes you wonder how can they even do that? OMG - this is my first time seeing you two and I already LOVE your reactions! You guys are so fun! You guys are going to LOVE Ateez! These guys are ridiculously talented and they have one of THE BEST discographies in all of kpop. The thing that I love the most about them is their versatility. They can pull off any genre and their producers love to experiment with song structures in a way that is unexpected but that works extremely well. Where they really shine is on the stage. Their performances are what have set them apart and have gained them the reputation of being the premiere Idol Performance group (not my description but how the Korean music industry actually describes them). As for the guys themselves, they are savagely hilarious, fun and entertaining. They're also absolute sweethearts who take really good care of their fans. They have this ability to endear you to them. The more you get to know them, the more you find yourself cheering them on. They're absolutely lovely! As far as songwriting and producing, Hongjoong and Mingi write all of their own raps. Plus, Hongjoong is a song writer/producer who works with their primary production team called Edenary. Some of the songs Hongjoong has written, composed and produced include Aurora, Good Lil Boy and Rocky. He has also written quite a few lyrics for their other songs besides his rap parts so he's very much a well rounded artist. As far as their title track music videos go, below is a list by order (excluding the two you just did): Say My Name Hala Hala Wave Illusion Aurora Utopia Dreamers - Japanese Promotion Wonderland Answer Inception Thanxx Fireworks Deja Vu Eternal Sunshine Their Title tracks are great BUT their b-sides are where the real gold is. Some of my favorites are Mist, Take Me Home, To the Beat, Dazzling Light, Thank U, Rocky and Precious among many. Lastly, they've done a few BTS covers that are amazing. They don't just cover an artist. They take what the artist originally did and give it their own spin. Some of my favorite covers they've done from BTS are I Need U, Boy with Love and their 2019 MAMA performance where they did a mashup of BTS's Blood, Sweat & Tears, Shinee's View, Miss A's Goodbye Baby and their own song Wonderland. It was spectacular! I can't WAIT for you guys to continue to discover them. They're wonderful in every way and they will definitely steal your heart

I was literally tearing up watching you guys react to treasure 😭 I really love your guys energy! I agree with you so much that Hongjoong to Ateez is the Namjoon to BTS - both of the groups beginnings are so similar and Hongjoong and RM being the first trainees of their respective companies ahh my heart can't deal. Congratulations..u def hit the lottery with the tickets. As for me I already had my tickets from last year. I will be at the Newark stop as well. I have been an Atiny since debut and I was devestated when I couldn't get tickets to their first tour so I'm so happy now that I am able to still use my tickets. I saw them at Kcon ny but I had terrible seats. This tour I have good seats and I am so excited!

Yeosang and Wooyoung were BIGHIT trainees, but yeosang decided to leave for personal reasons and then joined KQ, wooyoung decided to leave bighit to debut with yeosang.

yeosang left kq because he wanted to debut earlier and bighit made it seem like they had no plans debuting a new bg yet at that time, only yeosang wooyoung yeonjun and taehyun were under bighit back then i’m pretty sure, and that’s why wooyoung and yeonjun are super close, as well as yeosang and taehyun. :))

Wooyoung and Yeosang were Bighit trainees, they were together but only Wooyoung made it but he chose to leave with Yeosang instead of staying in bighit by himself

I don't care with the duration. i saw ateez, i click and watch until the end. and you girls are sooo fire! I already love you guys. Yes, Wooyoung and also Yeosang, was bighit's trainee. Wooyoung move to KQ bcoz yeosang, his bestfriend, was move there. They both have goal to debut together. Wooyoung and yeosang tell this story on their vlive. So i can't wait fot the next video.
