Fun fact about Crazy Form: Instead of the corset outfit he wore in the mv, Seonghwa was originally going to wear a laced shirt and high heels, but he backed out last minute because he was scared of the backlash he might've gotten. Recently though, he wore a dress and heels during a fashion show he attended (it was in the video second from the top left at 34:17)

Halazia is just THAT girl. It's the song that made me an atiny. They gave Yeosang proper lines for the first time and he completely owned the song. His voice is definitely my favorite. Also, about the lore, Ateez gives notes on their lore in the diary versions of their albums. Without the notes, it will be difficult to understand the lore. Since you have watched all their music videos, I recommend reacting to their albums. Two of my favorite albums are outlaw and ep:fin will. Also, just so that this comment doesn't get too long, I will continue my thoughts under this comment, if anyone's interested.

Also, I don't how much you know about Ateez but there are a lot stereotypes about members so let me help you with some of the most common ones: 1) Hongjoong and Mingi are the members who participate in writing and sometimes producing the songs. 2) Though Mingi and Hongjoong are the main rappers, Seonghwa and Yeosang also have rapper position and Seonghwa actually auditioned as a rapper. So you can hear Seonghwa and Yeosang rap sometimes. 3) San, though appears so rough and strong, is an actual sweet pie with a soft heart. His "daddy" image is just a persona for stage and KQ really pushes this image a lot by making him shirtless in MVs and performances. 4) Yeosang, though may seem really angel like(which he is personality wise) but he is the second strongest member in Ateez. Yes, he is stronger than San. He literally has done squats while carrying Yunho and San individually. Man's got a BODY OF A GREEK GOD. 5) Wooyoung might appear like a mischievous baby girl (because you guys are deep in woosan ship) but he actually a really charismatic individual who has a strong yet affectionate personality. 6) Many atinys don't know/realize this but Hongjoong, Yeosang and Mingi are like the smartest members of Ateez. Hongjoong is a musical genius and good at maths. Yeosang was a top science student and went to one of the most prestigious high schools of Korea while simultaneously being a kpop trainee. Since his mother is maths teacher, he is really good at maths and used to solve math problems from 10th grade when he was in 6th grade. He once just randomly learned how to hack just because he was bored and he actually successfully hacked wooyoung's laptop. Mingi is smart in a very different way. He is really wise and has a lot of deep thoughts. You will realize this as you get to know him more. 7) Jongho used to train at a different company where the trainees were treated really badly and he soon left. He opened up about this in one of their interviews (correct me if I am wrong). 8) Hongjoong was the only trainee at KQ for several months so he started thinking it was scam but when he saw yunho join the company, he thought this is what an idol looks like because of his height.

Now regarding the ships in Ateez, I get noticing woosan first while getting into Ateez ships as they are kind of like the most "promoted" and popular ship but once you start getting more into Ateez, you'll definitely find a pair that suits you the best. I'll give a little description about some of my favorites and popular ones. 1) Woosan- Of course woosan is first. You already seen to know about them. Their dynamic to me is like they are both very physically affectionate and their bond is really strong where they both love to tease each other. They even have matching friendship tattoos on their thighs which reads "Amicus ad aras" which means friends till death. 2) SanSang(my personal favorite)- They are the typical overly affectionate guy X a guy who hates affection. San loves to show his love to Yeosang- "his bias and the only one San is obsessed with" in San's words. This pair does get pretty unnoticed but if you start learning about them, it's a rabbit hole. If I have to share a few bizzare moments of them, it would be San saying that he will handcuff Yeosang out of nowhere during a fancall. Him and the fan were talking about their toy guns and he just whipped out a handcuff and said that he will use this on Yeosang. The second would be when San started making up fan fiction like scenarios about Yeosang and himself where he is a hot daddy and Yeosang is a soft baby girl. He would literally act out those scenarios by himself on his lives by making his voice deep for himself and using a soft tiny voice for Yeosang. Don't even get me started on San "Yeosang is mine" fights with atinys and him kissing Yeosang 5819552891 times a day. 3) WooSang- They are such a cute pair. I'm sure you know that they were trainees together at bighit and then Yeosang left bighit and joined KQ. Sometime later wooyoung also left bighit and wanted to give up on his dream but the only reason he didn't give up was because he got an audition offer from KQ and he knew that Yeosang was at KQ. The idea of being with Yeosang stopped wooyoung from giving up on his dream. They have the most heartwarming friendship ever but again wooyoung is really physically affectionate and Yeosang isn't. You can see wooyoung flirting and kissing Yeosang and Yeosang dodging and avoiding them. Also, since they have been friends for such a long time, they are also really sassy with each other like typical best friends. 4) Seongjoong- These two are the "Mom and Dad of the group". No matter who your bias is in Ateez, you will definitely ship these two. They are just really compatible with each other and really fit the role of the parents of the group. Hongjoong has even wrote a song for Seonghwa in which he thanks him for always staying by his side. 5) Yungi- These have also been friends for a long time. They were friends in high school and auditioned for KQ without the other knowing and somehow ended up debuting together. Atinys like to call them the twin towers because of their height. I remember one incident when Mingi got really jealous and upset at yunho because yunho decided to film a tiktok challenge with someone else instead of Mingi. He is really down bad for Yunho. But yunho also loves Mingi a lot and their bond really shines when you watch ateez's contents. 6) Jongsang- this also a really sweet ship because both of them are people who don't like physical affection and touches but when it comes to Yeosang, Jongho really likes to initiate interactions and touches and Yeosang doesn't really avoids it either. They are just always so cute and nice to each other. A really popular incident about this ship is Jongho's first impression of Yeosang. In his words-" When I first joined the company and saw Yeosang, I thought there are people who like that. Yeosang has really distinct features and I couldn't think about anything else for days". They are also known as the muscle unit since these two are the strongest members of Ateez. 7) Topaz- This is the hongjoong and wooyoung ship. They are called topaz because it's both of their's birth stone. They are the most unique ship in the group I guess. Both of them are savage to each other and really love to tease each other. One the most popular incident of them is that one time when hongjoong came really tired from the studio and wooyoung was cooking. Wooyoung asked hongjoong if he was hungry but hongjoong just didn't say anything and then about half an hour hongjoong came out of his room, laid on the couch and "Get my meal ready" to wooyoung and wooyoung shares this incident by saying that his heart fluttered when hongjoong treated him badly. Like wtf wooyoung? 8) Minsang- They are probably the pair that most atinys think are the least close members and it's because of a funny incident when Yeosang realized on a live that Mingi didn't save his number(Mingi had just changed numbers that's why) and Ateez members started teasing them that they are not close to each other because of this but atinys took their teasing seriously and thought that Mingi and Yeosang aren't close. But they have been close since pre debut. Mingi and Yeosang always go on these little dates that Mingi always initiates and plans for them and they are just really comfortable with each other. They might not be the most overtly close pair in Ateez but they actually are really close.

i dont know if someone explained this already but "work" is kinda a love letter to los angeles since its a special place for ateez's journey as a group. im not american so im not that sure of everything im going to say, but the chickens, the mariachis, the spanish, its all a reference to the cultural importance of the latinos on LA, if im not mistaken, the restaurant they show in the video is a famous korean restaurant in koreatown, and the western vibe, the diner, the burguers, and even the song itself is ofc also a reference to LA and the american dream. in the diner you can also see many references to ateez merch (the plushies) and to their awards (and the billboard 1# they got with their last full album). another fun fact is that in the end, seonghwa comes out of the golden egg because he is the only member with the name "park" and theres a legend that says that the first park was hatched from an egg! thats all i know! oh i know this is the last video but i think you guys should watch the units songs! you guys are going to love because you are going to see the main ships together! hahaha the triangle yeosang, wooyoung and san (its you), then seonghwa and hongjoong (MATz), yunho and mingi (youth, that one makes me cry, its so beautiful) and jonghos beauiful solo!

Yes! It's the poster from the French release of Metropolis, with the letters spelling Guerilla instead of Metropolis. It's quite famous in graphic design. Also, the moment on the barricade not only references Delacroix's Liberty Leading the People, and Les Mis, but also the WWII photo of Marines raising the flag at Iwo Jima. I spent years doing image research and licensing, so this scratched my brain in the best way.

These mvs (aside from work) are all from The World series of their discography which is way more intense than their last few series of albums. Technically Halazia is also an outlier (the album is literally called Spin Off) but I feel like most atiny agree that it fits within The World series. Fun fact: They literally released Halazia as a filler comeback between ateez's US & Europe '22 tours because they didn't think it would perform very well but Halazia became an instant fan fave! It was released after the US leg of the tour & only performed in Europe & their encore in Seoul 😭 When they started their '24 tour, it wasn't on the setlist and UStiny were devastated but thankfully they listened to us and added it back on the setlist! Sadly they replaced Deja Vu to add Halazia which is one of my other faves 😭 but it was worth it, the fanchants for Halazia went CRAZY Work is a lot more vibey and the mv is goofy because it's the title track of their first album from the Golden Hour series. Ateez have had a lot of latin influence throughout their career but this album is specifically very latin inspired and we love it 😌

Everything from The Real onward was released post Kingdom, so that's probably the reason why the releases right after that were so epic. I love Guerrilla and The Real too, but there's just something about Halazia. Without the lore, it's already pretty haunting, but it's also really intense. You get these cultish vibes with Seonghwa looking like a diety dropped from the sky. Then with the lore, its sad, its angry, it's like that satisfying and chilling feeling of realizing you've taken back control of yourself. I just love it so much.

Love your reactions to the wonders of Ateez. New subscriber. Many of their videos have to do with their lore, a fictional storyline where they are in an alternate, dystopian world run by a dictatorial regime and they are freedom fighters. I’m a 55 year old BTS ARMY since 2018 and I have never heard or seen another K-Pop group that I love as much as them before. Ateez is definitely my bias wrecker and I am now also ATINY. That’s because, like BTS, they knock it out of the park every single time. I get the same reaction when I see Yeosang. He takes your breath away sometimes. Also, my other bias, Hongjoong, is a huge fashion maven. He loves fashion and follows certain designers closely. I immediately felt drawn to his personality the first time I saw them on Killing Voice. Hongjoong just oozes charisma through the camera and his smile is irresistible because it’s slightly mischievous. Now, Yeosang is the one who has the coolest hair dye jobs. As a punk rocker I love a unique hairstyle. Seonghwa definitely rocks that corset. The truth is I love each member just like I love every member of BTS. Borahae 💜
