About Atelier Ryza (wikipedia)
Atelier Ryza: Ever Darkness & the Secret Hideout[a] is a role-playing video game developed by Gust, and originally released in Japan for the PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch and Microsoft Windows in September 2019. It was released in North America in October 2019 and rest of the world in November 2019 for the same consoles.[2] It is the twenty-first main entry in the Atelier series and the first of the Secret storyline.
A sequel, titled Atelier Ryza 2: Lost Legends & the Secret Fairy, was released on December 3, 2020 in Japan, and in January 2021 in North America and Europe for PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5 and Nintendo Switch, with a Microsoft Windows version being released in same month for all regions.[3] A second sequel, titled Atelier Ryza 3: Alchemist of the End & the Secret Key, was released for Microsoft Windows, Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, and PlayStation 5 in March 2023.[4]
An anime television series based on the game by Liden Films aired from July to September 2023.
About Another Eden (アナザーエデン) (Wikipedia):
Another Eden: The Cat Beyond Time and Space is a free-to-play role-playing video game developed and published by Wright Flyer Studios. The game features the collaboration of writer Masato Kato and music composer Yasunori Mitsuda who both worked on Xenogears and the Chrono series of role-playing games. Another Eden involves time travel elements, where players explore different points in time. It was released for Android and iOS in Japan in April 2017 and worldwide in 2019. Ports for Microsoft Windows and Nintendo Switch are also under development.
It’s available for PC, Windows, Mac through Steam. To me, personally, Another Eden is the best mobile JRPG game to date. I am currently playing it on iOS with an iPad.

I got id directly in stellar after my second single roll 😊 And you got a familiar (idk name sorry) the stellar skill give a big buff on character but other skill need full stack for hit good dmg

The pity system is a step in the right direction, but not going far enough, I think. I think what they can do is either increase the rate in those star trail, lower the threshold to below 10k, or a combination of the 2. They can also introduce a guaranteed Stellar Awakened after 20k or 30k threshold, a true pity. I do appreciate that they are addressing this though

Hey i have a question for ya , did you do this quest called ancient evil to where you collect the soul eater weapons & then fight Nebrione demon . The collab was fun. I just wish it would be a little longer and with a 4th free character. Half of it was finding Klaudia and the other half was stopping Karna from doing stupid things. Kinda surprised that phantom had nothing to do with all of it this time xD Other than that, I like the alchemy system a lot. Let's see where Ryza, Klaudia and Empel get ranked on the tier list. As you already mentioned, some people are unhappy with the pity system. I am one of these persons. Interestingly, I didn't even think about the pity counter not carrying over. Which makes it even worse. I still stand by saying I'd rather not have a pity system at all than this crap. 10k free stones for a 10% chance for a featured character and then it's not even SA? And the counter doesn't carry over? At least I get some high class scrolls that save 5 minutes of leveling and 10% of a grasta upgrade. Oh, and let's not forget the 5* class tome that surely will be important when I don't even get the character as a 4.5* (seriously, why don't we get at least a 4.5* chance encounter of the character instead of the tome?). Wooow, A-M-A-Z-I-N-G! Yes, the last part was me overreacting over a video game. I love the game and it is one of the best mobile games I have ever played but most of the time I am still a rational thinking adult. It still costs time and effort and the product wfs gave us with the star trail system rewards is just bad. For comparison: I work in private finances as a broker so I can compare the whole market and individually recommend my clients what's best in their current situation and for their future. The star trail system feels like a product I'd tell my clients to get away from asap or if they already have it to cancel it immediately.

The star trail mechanic feels like such a weird pity, and pretty much encourages becoming a p2w to hit it The collab itself is great though as a fan of the atelier series and ryza is the one i started with the collab is quite great, really feels like I'm playing ryza 1.5 since the story here is placed right after the ending, though i don't know how i feel about the interactions between ryza and Aldo feels just a bit too close/intimate for my taste

​@superbrightshinystuff3425 The Atelier series has a lot of similar relationships. Some are confirmed, some aren't. Ryza is one who has none that are confirmed, but characters like Sophie Nuenmeller and Plachta from Atelier Sophie are confirmed.

The new pity is slightly better than old one. Considering how bad some characters are without SA. I truly do not think it's worth 10000 free stones. But yes, the worst part is them not being SA. This is by far the worst pity system I have seen in a while. AND IT DOES NOT CARRY OVER. Basically doesn't change the game in any way for me.

I would love to know what the players in Japan think of the new pity system. 10k is brutal for end game free players but slightly more possible for new players. I would say at least it's a bit better than nothing. Hope they hear a lot of people's feedback.

Hope people complain even the jp players for this shitty pitty system sure this update is nice but I believe people need to be loud and focus on the actual bad part so they can notice we don't like it so change can happen so I refuse to praise this update

Funny enough I started another AE account for my steam edition for the new game campaign and pity system with 1 draw on one time free summon and 2 on id I got heena at 5 stars and SA'd ID with side kick for funny blunt and bit of zone advantage on the early game XD I'm grinding monster kills slowly in pacing summons for sacred shards too I did start with bivette so I can do the cat mini game stuff with her later too 🤣

New pity system is bad for late game f2p, that dry out chromostones but good for paying players and very good to boost up collection for new players.

The pity system is a bit too greedy. 10k should be 1/10 but 20k guaranteed.

10k is super challenging for end game players. Unless you skip banners

@jrpgwow yeah but reaching pity is always challenging at any game. Using 7000 paid stones will put you at 20k. Would make pity $175-ish which is not bad when compared to other games. Now 100k and not guaranteed is simply insane. As a F2P veteran you can skip most banners and try to sidegrade the characters instead, sure it will take time especially to SA them, but it's doable.
