Because there's parts of the track that follow a very similar melody and instrumentation (heavy electric guitar) to Scorpio from Shallie. The beginning (around 0:22) resembles the main melody of Aquarius as well.

I don’t mind games not having dubs, but it’s the fact this is a sequel to a dubbed one without that gets me ^^’ that and they don’t subtitle the battle and alchemy dialogues, and translation quality nosedived when they switched translation teams
