This is such a big upgrade for the franchise both mechanically and visually. I love how its taken inspiration from Genshin Impact's visual design but clearly is not a gacha or f2p game.

I'd buy this game in a heartbeat if there's a Switch 2 port. Prolly gonna be a portable PS4 version. Seems like the perfect game to cozy up on the bed.

Even if there isn’t a native Switch 2 port, the system is going to be backwards compatible so picking up a Switch 1 copy will still allow you to play it on there. (I have no idea if it will be enhanced like playing PS4 games on PS5 is though)

@ZephyrK_ I know but the Switch 1 port is probably going to be a visual downgrade in comparison to the PS4 and PS5 versions. That is unless there's a free Switch 2 upgrade. A native Switch 2 port is preferable though.

Hopefully the enemies/bosses won’t all react in the same brainless way as the enemies shown so far. All the enemies shown so far are distracted by your party members while you wail on them from far away, which takes all the challenge away. Hopefully 🤞🏽 I’m wrong.

Hard to say just from this, but I have to agree that the Breath of the Wild UI and real-time combat are ominous sounds. Looks to lose a lot of the cosy feeling of previous games as well. An energy system while exploring? Either that's some survival mechanic and they want to use that to get you to synthesise food, or maybe even a chance to sell refills ala Genshin. I sure have my concerns.
