yes you can stream directly from ATEM mini pro but first you need to configurate and that's why you need to use an laptop and after you configurate first time , than in the mixer you will se the button start streaming and no need laptop anymore

- in my case we are using this at church , full HD , 30fps and we use OBS as input and obs virtual camera for FCC or Zoom , i record video full HD. *The best camera settings for the ATEM Mini Pro depend on your setup and lighting, but here are some general tips: *Shutter Speed: Set to double the frame rate (e.g., for 30fps, use 1/60s). *FPS: Match your ATEM Mini Pro project settings, usually 30fps or 60fps. *White Balance: Use manual white balance to ensure consistent colors. Adjust based on your lighting using a white or gray card. *Picture Profile: Use a neutral profile for less post-production work or adjust according to your style. *HDMI Output: Ensure your camera's resolution matches the ATEM Mini Pro (e.g., 1080p at 30fps).

What is the difference between using the USB cable and an ethernet cable - I am aware the ethernet cable provides Internet to the Atem Mini Pro. If my computer is connected to the Internet also, do I still need to use USB-C cable or it is just for recording

You can use usb-c to manage seitcher from software if you like , but sure you can use switcher without usb-c cable , you better use it both , you need to setup streaming links sources
