Woogie Nitro question I just got a MGT8.0 in a trade the person put a axial ..28-2s in an it had a 3 needle carb ive never use one an always heard they can be a pain in the ass, I have a os vzb an I was having tuning issues so I put my elite top5 nova carb in the vzb an i was able to tune it, can I run that carb on the axial or will it not work since it came off a .21 it fits but just wonder will it not run correct

Hey woogie question for u man still learning so when I get the idle set after break in when i first put the car on the ground at anytime tuning that high speed needle do i have to adjust that idle screw or once u set it u shouldn't have to touch it again ?hope I explained properly..is the idle screw adjusted while tuning or is it sent and done ?I know it cam be adjusted with the throttle trim but I need to understand that bit

You may need to close the idle gap after you get your final tune to bring the idle down. Start with your high speed then you're low then back off the idle

@@woogienitro ok so it revving high won't destroy it ?I don't mean like crazy high but above the single stage idle so long as I get the hs needle tubes first then the low and then fix the idle ?because honest I was having a hard time tuning because the idle keeps going up and thought I was going wrong I am gonna try it tomorrow I love learning and you are one of my teachers appreciate it

I looked up the .21 P5 on a main Its about the same price as the Novarossi.28.Whats the difference?They seem to run about the same at first glance I've seen your other Video's on the .28.In your opinion what's the difference?

The p5 is. A high performance .21..used mainly in buggies..its piwer band is incredibly awsome and easy to tune..thw .28 is juat a more powerful engine mainky fir truggies although i love to put them in my buggies too
