Misappropriation of funds is going on EVERYWHERE in state and Federal offices. Make examples of those crooks and put them in prison! Crooks make life miserable and unbearable for honest people. I honor Whistle-Blowers! Too many crooks that don't go to prison will eventually trigger a war in a nation. Must we get pushed there too?

Vincent Cefalu did nothing to whistle blow this operation. He is very careful in his interview not to make that claim even when asked specifically. Light needs to be shed on all involved, but this is not the guy. He was a line agent stationed nowhere near and has his info second hand and through the newspaper. He has no inside knowledge and his title should not deceive anyone that he does.
