Illegal guns... And they aren't 'weapons of war', they are legally called 'arms'. Arms can be used for home defense, hunting, warring, etc. The arms used by our founders were the state of the art for their day. If they hadn't possessed them, we'd have been at a further disadvantage against the British Military forces who constituted the largest military force of the largest power on the planet at that time. Today, it would be a tossup between the United States of America and the Chinese for who's is biggest. So, let's be plain and clear, It isn't the business of the Congress to define what type of Arms the American People may posess. That is our decision to make, just as it is supposed to be our decision to limit the ability of Congress to raise armies, how long they may have a standing army, etc. They are defined in law as our servants, not our masters. And this stuff has gotten way out of hand because no one slapped these people down when it should have been done - the first time they attempted to pass legislation in such a manner. That is why Common law is being invoked today - to reign these people back in and bring them back under our law and hold them to account for the oaths of office they've taken and violated. Rights aren't subject to how many tears these boobs can jerk out of the hearts of people. And to use our love for our fellow people as an armament to assault us is reprehensible. It is on the level of sophistry and you should all get involved in common law action yourselves if you're reading this.
