@@noname-style All units i install Loksound. it is better to stick with one decoder brand, much easier when consisting. So MTH, Athearn, KATO, Scaletrains, all with lok 5. Fox valley and scaletrains come with lok already as well as any new Intermountain units.

The Athearn is new with more better deals . The Kato was nice for it's time . If one looking to stay within a budget Kato is the way to go. I'll be picking another Athearn up .

Still managed to get the blue wrong on the Conrail units...as well as the prime mover. Sounds like an SD70M-2 instead of a 20-710G prime mover which is the proper one for the Conrail SD80's.
