I saw Oceanus and finally decided to play the game lol (i downloaded it on Tsukuyomi release,but never played it ) went from admin levl5 to 55 in three days. hard grinding for my boy.

When playing Athena in the story mode, I just focused on watching the animations of her attacks since the rhythm bar is always at the end of the animation. She was a ton of fun, and probably the only Olympus mod I'd consider pulling for but I'm still saving for Anubis, Thor and Flame Tyr since they're all back to back

Athena reminds me of Himeko from honkai 3rd because of her character design and the great sword but I won't be pulling for her because I don't have S Tsukuyomi and I would want her before Athena. Waifu > meta

@@RKNancy technically I would say the game devs have lost their minds with weapons at this point trying to make it creative and end up creating an obscure thing. Honkai 3rd devs are the epitome of crazy weapons which don't make sense like for example Kiana's latest herrscher character uses a gun for weapon in her slot but actually uses a sword to attack and her ult is a kick attack 🤯

​@@ry0iki_tenkaimeng. He's a lightning/wind melee user. He's individually the strongest male character and his skill chain allows him to do better than Oceanus. Oceanus is the benchmark for a solid unit choice btw.

Playing Athena's trial was super fun, and once I got her, I immediately put on her chip to hide the bar and actually go by the rhythm. It makes playing much more fluid especially with having to look on what attacks to avoid rather than looking at her rhythm bar and actively looking for things to dodge LOL

I’ve got SS Athena and her functor, she’s quite the powerhouse. Takes some practice but, once you figure her out she’s a beast. I have to skip Oceanus tho, need to save for Thor.

Recently I have been debating on if I should uninstall this game. I have little money put into my account but have been lucky enough to land the units I have saved for. I can just close my eyes and spam attack and clear all content. I skip a lot of the events and just use my energy each day to farm upgrade materials.

I went for Athena but i allways pick the Waifu you just have to get use to her play style she is fun and she does damage.

Well i went "little" overboard building Athena to the point where she out dps Hades 😅 despite the fact Hades is SS with 3+2 functor, warp x2 no upgrades, nearly perfect sigil enchants @40 lvl and Athena is just S functor 1, sigils at 50 lvl and some warps leveled. That's just the current state of both, Athena can't beat Hades in dps most likely on the same level of investments and upgrades. But honestly i did not expect Athena to wipe the floor on HZ 20 vs 2 bosses. Me-Yew + CT Leviathan red coded works great for Athena, adjusted warp upgrades and so on. Another great pair is Jin-Ei with her physical build and armor break.

Oceanu, Anubis, Thor, S Osiris,...some of the next modifiers that are good to pull with certain reasons and such... Below is just a summary of the game, don't need to read if u don't want to. Aether gazer is very much a side game that you just spend 2~5 minutes daily and you're out. The game is not heavily competitive or meta heavy. It's just mostly play at your own choice. I say this bcs, i play hi3, pgr as well, and your most valuable resource is always crystals/BC for gacha that pushes players to get better. Well AG main source of those are from dailies/weeklies stuff, literally the missions itself, you will never need to worry about ranking down or up from fighting other players as there's no such thing in AG. It's 97% always u vs the game. Leaderboards only appears at the highest difficulty of the game modes but it doesn't offer any rewards aside from flexing your scores. Powercreep units does exist, but the game itself wont throw you of the rails just bcs you don't have that character, or if you don't hv the buffed element of that cycle. Obviously there is meta, but more or less they just there to make things easier and fun to use instead of a must have or a need to clear something. F2p friendly, and latest news, the CN version of the game had just very recently confirmed pc version of it and quite early too eventho only 1.5 years since their launch, the global version is a year gap than CN but they're catching up pace with cutting a week of a patch in global. Plus yostar have done some very good shits on global, bringing lots of future updates/qol from cn a lot earlier than it should be, as if cn had became a test server and global got the "version"...but all in all, i highly recommend this game.

@@herrscherofyatta6521 nice yeah I started it anyway and it really did just feel like pgr with very similar ui and menus, feels just as rewarding with getting quite a bit of currency along the way so I’m hoping to get a meta character soon even if it’s not necessarily needed
