Do the same with Ola S1 Pro Gen 2 keeping speed limit of 100kmph. That would be a fair comparison. Ola's forced regen is great. Works below 90% charge. No need to use brakes at all.

you can 'reboot' it. Check with service center...I had indicator sound not working issue on 450x and after rebooting it was solved!

it's actually much better than I thought. Gives a really good grip. I'm not sure how it'd be after long term use in Rain, Hot sun ... in this new scooter, it felt really good.

Ola is honest for accepting overheating in Hyper mode and drop to Sport mode. Ather just lying Sport mode as warp mode when heating. But on Ather's side Warp+ become warp in the dashboard if you notice in the video. It is better to accept overheating and reduce mode instead of trying to claim warp mode but with the performance of sport mode.

After watching Pradeep on wheels and your videos, I am hesitant to take the Ather delivery as both you are detailing about real life situations with that. Please mention any problems of using it by elders like how stiff is the suspension or how cramped it is for long periods.

My understanding and My experience has been, Non-stop long rides are not really comfortable. Simply because, the scooter posture doesn't suit for long rides. Within a city, for 30 kms ride, in Smart Eco or Ride mode, it can be comfortable for anyone below 6 feet. Above 6 feet in 450X, legs might get slightly inconvenient. And battery warranty and cost of battery replacement is the most concerning thing for an EV. I have met people who rode 1 lakh kms and battery was fine.. and have also met people who rode only 60,000 and battery needed to be replaced. And this battery replacement cost can be managed with battery warranty for 5 years and battery protection pack for next years. Having said all this, I have tried Ola for a month, iQube for 14 days, River Indie for a week, Revolt for a week, Bounce infinity for a month, Ather Apex for 1 week... after these many scooters, I still feel Ather is relatively better. EV market is fairly new and every scooter has issues. Out of all, issues with Ather are relatively minimal. Rest of the scooters gave me nightmares in many aspects more frequently. Sorry for the long answer, Hope I have added some value with this. Which model of 450 are you thinking to buy?

@@GreeenRide long rides I mean daily 30 to 50 km, in different road conditions. In my test drive, I feel confident only with my body leaning forward and feeling cramped. Though my height is 5.8, I feel very much confident and comfortable only on Ntorq (but I hate the loud engine noise). Only safe bet is to wait for better battery tech and EV motorcycles then?

Ather said at a stop light the motor will rapidly cool down and you will get most of the performance back. I guess it was not a lucky day for apex today.

My understanding was it would take more than 3-5 min to cool off significantly. I noticed on Ola, it takes 100 seconds to cool by 1 degree. Should be within similar duration for Ather as well.

@@GreeenRide nope. It will cool down way quicker if you move around 20kph to 35kph. And it’s quicker for ather I should take 2 minutes to get it to the optimum temp.

I have Apex, past from 50days I have driven 2,500KM, it's extremely good, whats been promised it's working, i suggest please take the scooter to service center and one email everything will be solved, it's 10 years Of efferts to make this scooter, my Apex scooter magic twist is fabulous

Fan would only make 10% difference in performance bro. I figured it out. Fan can reduce temps faster while moving tho.

@@The_Garage_Musician I do believe that the real-world difference with the fan would be much more. can attain peak performance ability and acceleration quicker. will definitely help in motor/battery longevity as well. even if we consider just the 10% which you claim is huge considering we are talking about the "Apex" of performance.
