Thank you ☺️. It was such a fantastic day and we were so well looked after by @athertonbikes👌. Sadly, due to personal circumstances, I’m not going to be able to attend the 1st #athertonowners group meet which I’m absolutely gutted about but I’ll be back soon for sure, I can’t keep away from the place 🤣. Have an epic few days and thanks for watching 🤜🤛. P.s. great meeting you too, hopefully we can catch up again at Dyfi soon 👍.

Was the 170 favourited by most because that’s the ideal bike for the type of trails at the park? If for example the trial days were in different locations such a trail centre would the opinions have changed? Just a thought as I’m not sure the 130 ‘trail bike’ or even the 150 would get a fair test or consideration riding at Dyfi Bike Park.

A fair comment however, bearing in mind that all the Athy bikes have been designed & tested at the bike park and surrounding Dyfi forest areas, each rig has its own unique qualities, capabilities and obviously the bigger hitting bikes are more suited to the black/double black trails but the 130 & 150 excel in many other areas and are just as much at home in the park as their bigger hitting siblings, a lot depends largely on the rider too. I’ve been riding my 170 since January this year and it’s way more capable than I was expecting especially on the climbs, however, the 130 & 150 will probably do a much better job. Grabbing a test ride for yourself is the only way to understand fully just how incredibly good they really are. Thanks for watching 🤜🤛
