Hi sis this recipe has been in my wish list for long, because always thought it’s difficult to do. But your crispy Athirasam video 😅 inspired me to try. Any type of white rice would be fine right

Pacharisi better sis. The one which got more starch or kanji. Ponni or pulangal taste not so rich sis. Thank you so much sister ♥️

Had prepared the athirasam dough and left it to fermentation for 3 days. Love to thank you on your simple but very tactful guidance which makes me to get crispy and delicious athirasam which I made today. Happy Deepavali to you and your family 😊

Can I use rice flour? Since I’m in overseas so cold n can’t afford to wash n blend in original way.

That will be totally a different recipe sister. Maybe you check out Che Nom kuih peneram youtube. She has the recipe for packet flour ones. Just add cardomom powder to it a bit.
